Gluten-Free Pancake - Waffle Mix

Ingredients: Quinoa flour, white mulberry powder, wholemeal rice flour, oat flour, baking powder, tapioca starch, vanilla, cinnamon, mahlep

Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 teacup of vegetable oil

1 teacup of milk

1.5 cups of Pancake - Waffle Mix

Method:

Mix the liquid ingredients and add the Pancake - Waffle Mix

Whisk using a mixer and cook in a frying pan over a low heat

Place the cooked pancakes on a cooling rack

Once they have cooled slightly, serve with your choice of sweetener or fruit.

Enjoy.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Best before: 2 years from the date of manufacture
